An Easy Back Exercise

Lets talk about back pain for a moment.  When do you feel it?  Does it come as soon as you wake up on the morning, or does it start when you start to get out of bed and put weight on it?  Does it get better, or worse as the day progresses?

Lets talk about back pain for a moment.  How do you describe it?  Is it an ache, soreness, tight, a flash of pain, dull, sharp?  What are your words to describe your unique pain?

Where is it located? In the middle, upper lower, left or right, near a specific organ (for the medical types)?

What does it feel like?  What does it make you think of?
